About the Role
Due to incremental growth over the last 3 years, a newly created position has been created to support M&A Transactions (buy-side and sell-side), strategic advisory, valuations, target research and capital raising. Reporting to the Director and Founder of the company, you will be pivotal to company’s growth, allowing for significant career progression in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modelling, and capital raising activities (including scoping, financial analysis, market readiness, managing offers, and settlement)

• Prepare Information Memorandums for both M&A and capital raising processes.

• Review and prepare Valuation for M&A and Advisory purposes.

• Review and prepare three-way financial models.

• Undertake targeted research, prepare and present research findings.

About You

• 1-2 years’ experience. Graduates welcome with background in Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Law or similar

• A background in M&A, transaction services or valuations

• Qualification in CFA, CA or similar highly regarded

• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Financial Analysis, Modelling and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills
