About the Role
The Franchise Retail Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the growth and management of the retail franchise segment within the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Franchise Retail Director, this position leads strategic initiatives and works closely with ISP partners, distributors, and the Marketing team to boost product performance in terms of revenue and customer engagement.


Responsibilities

· Steering Committee and Strategy Oversight: Organise regular Steering Committee meetings with ISP partners to discuss operational strategies and review performance metrics for Gigstarter.

· Sales Pipeline and Churn Management: Monitor the Gigstarter sales pipeline and implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer retention.

· Financial and Marketing Initiatives: Assist in managing cash receivables and develop new marketing programs and promotions to increase brand awareness and product uptake.

· Event Management and Training Development: Organise roadshows and award events, and develop training materials and programs to support the education of partners on new and existing products.

· Sales and Distribution Strategy: Lead the expansion of distribution channels and manage tele sales operations to meet sales and revenue targets for Gigstarter.

· Customer Engagement and Market Expansion: Attend industry events and conduct regular customer visits to promote products, gather feedback, and acquire new customers through tailored marketing strategies and sales approaches.

· Promoter Network Development: Identify and develop relationships with potential promoters to enhance sales efforts and achieve broader market penetration for Gigstarter products.


About You

· Min. 5 years of proven track record in retail franchise management (operations & distribution), channel sales, or similar roles.

· Previous exp across telecom or technology industry preferred.

· Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

· Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned region and experience in managing and developing sales teams is desirable.
