About the Job
Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, your primary objective is to work with store leaders to track the company's financial performance and move the business forward. 

You use forecasting techniques and analysis to set strategies and guide decision-making in a business.optimize management duties and contribute to lasting profitability. 

Act as a counter-power, proposing corrective actions, ensuring accurate accounting records, and adhering to company standards and local regulations. Your role involves communicating financial figures effectively, challenging practices, and proposing new approaches.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the store or business unit management team in their decision making

  • Assist the store management team to achieve their Commitments & Objective through value added Financial & Economical analysis

  • Ensure long term Profitability & sustainability of the Store and omnichannel business

  • Ensure long term Business development & Growth.

  • Ensure forecasts are reliable and optimize management processes

  • Ensure the integrity of all accounting information, and promote maximum automatization of accounting process

  • Internal and external control

  • Guarantee the financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L Account).

  • Maintain proper accounting and apply the accounting norms and methods of the country and group guaranteeing the security, confidentiality and archiving of the information

  • Facilitate the information and training of the know-how of my role.

Requirements

You will ideally be a qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA or CIMA) with a proven track record in a Commercial, FP&A or Business Partnering role within a small to medium size corporate, preferably Retail/FMCG, Sports, Hospitalityor similar. You will have excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills as well as the ability to present and partner with business leaders. 

You will have strong analytical, adaptive and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
