The Role 

Reporting to the Program Manager, The Document Controller will be responsible for establishing and operating document control and records management processes and products in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. 

You will ensure that the project complies with quality document control, records management procedures and meet compliance requirements.



Responsibilities 

  • Organising, managing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity

  • Maintaining proper version control of documents to ensure employees have access to the most up-to-date information

  • Accurately entering and updating data in the document management system, ensuring completeness and consistency across all documentation

  • Facilitating easy retrieval of documents by employees, ensuring that essential documents are readily available for project planning and execution

  • Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents and taking corrective actions when required to maintain the highest quality standards

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate document-related communication and ensure seamless collaboration across all departments.

  • Ensuring that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies

  • Identifying and implementing document management process improvements  

  • Co-administer company EDMS tool

  • Provide training and guidance to employees and key internal/external stakeholders on document control processes and best practices


Who are you 

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in document control or a project coordination

  • Explosure to large, greenfield infrastructure projects highly regarded.

  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Suite.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Knowledgeable in working on a V-cycle design project is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills
